		<description><![CDATA[Especially loved that one. Some good practices were shared, that&#039;s understood, but the most valuable effect is that Chris revealed (or rather, reminded) the utmost goals of CI practices. I personally find this quite important as I encounter projects with CI practices &#039;kinda&#039; adopted just because &#039;CI&#039; sounds cool, without any meaning behind it. Hence lost effort, frustration (leading to prejudice), hair loss, vomit.

This episode is quite inspiring, a recommended listening. And still up-to-date as of March 2013, common sense doesn&#039;t expire :) .
